Consulting sessions can take place either at your business or at the headquarters of Ian’s company, Blue Claw Associates, in Cape Cod, MA. Each session is fully customizable—whether you’d like to focus on Know Your Numbers principles, accounting setup, estimating and workflow systems, or a marketing audit with coaching on branding, working with design professionals, and building a sales/marketing system. Sessions can also be tailored to address any specific challenges or goals in your contracting business.

Location Options

  • At Your Business: Requires a three-day minimum. Travel costs (flight and hotel) are billed in addition to the consulting fee. This option is best if Ian needs to see your operations firsthand or if you’d like multiple team members involved.

  • At Blue Claw Associates (Cape Cod, MA): Sessions may last one or two days. You’ll be responsible for your travel and accommodations. This option is ideal if you’d like to see how Blue Claw, Blue Water Pools, or Boston Tennis are run, and learn directly from their systems in action.
